Logo as a design element

If you think of chocolate when hear M&M, you’ll be proven wrong today. When two people have found each other whose first names begin with the same letter, it must be a good sign. Milva and Manuel were able to celebrate an unforgettable wedding. And the first letters of their first names were prominently used a logo as a design element. In this blog, we show you Milva and Manuel’s wedding and there are a few “free tips” to go along with it:

Logo as a design element

Wedding Design was especially important to Milva and Manuel. At various meetings in the venue, in our office and with the florist, all the details regarding colors, materials, shapes and decorative elements were discussed. Nevertheless, it is not easy for the bride and groom to imagine exactly how it will look on the day. Even more important and beautiful for us was the reaction of Milva and Manuel, when they marveled at the banquet hall in a quiet moment all alone, before all the other guests, and were overwhelmed.

Tip: During the wedding day, also take time just for the two of you – the day goes by so quickly. Consciously take a few minutes every now and then to let the many impressions take effect on you.

The fact that Milva and Manuel place particular value on a coherent design concept and are also into unusual ideas was already noticeable in their Save the Date – or for them “Save the Cake” – and the invitation. Here, the letter M was used prominently as a design element for the first time. The logo also appeared again on the wedding day itself, of course.

Tip: If you also value a coherent design concept from A to Z, design the save the date in your preferred colors or at least so neutral that all design doors are still open to you afterwards. The concept looks very well thought out if the design elements are used throughout the entire stationery from the save the date and also reappear on the wedding day itself.

How many guests rack their brains over a suitable gift for the wedding couple. Now here is a tip for all future wedding guests:

Tip: Take a close look at the wedding invitation! Often elements can be found there that can be used for a personalized wedding gift. This also shows the bride and groom that you have studied the invitation, which is often designed with a lot of effort and love, very carefully and have thought ahead about a gift.

That’s how Milva and Manuel’s guests did it. The logo was used for a cool light installation. This was placed prominently on the wedding day directly behind the bride and groom’s table. The bride and groom are sure still enjoying the light installation today, which has certainly found a great place in their home.

Tip: Make sure everyone can really enjoy such a gift on the wedding day: Gifts that are to be placed so conspicuously on the wedding day should be registered in advance at least with the wedding planner or the “Tätschmeister”. Especially if special technology is still needed and settings have to be tried out.

Dear Milva, dear Manuel – it was a great pleasure for us to support you in planning and realizing your wedding day. Your shining eyes when entering the banquet hall will remain in our memories for a long time! Thank you for your trust!
