Industrial wedding at the port of the Rhine

We love the differences in our brides and grooms and their weddings. Love was at the center of this modern, casual, and stylish industrial wedding at the port of the Rhine by Nathalie & Nicola. These two beautiful people gave each other the YES word in a not so typical wedding venue.

In the middle of the industrial area, between the harbor, old rustic buildings and massive concrete walls, the two put together a very cozy and unique wedding celebration with a lot of attention to detail, their open and easy-going style.

What a combination, we love such unusual wedding ideas. What is even more beautiful, the bride and groom Nathalie & Nicola met us in late summer 2019 at the wedding of Christian & Cyril and fell in love with our work. What could be better for us than when guests of a wedding we organized or designed contact us and ask for our help. It was an honor for us to help these two great people realize their dream industrial wedding on the harbor of the Rhine.

As already mentioned, the venue convinces by itself with a lot of charm. However, this industrial venue – like so many in the kind – does not bring very much for a wedding celebration. There were only a few wooden tables, red metal garden chairs, a few old bar stools and a disco ball in the banquet hall. So the two decided to bring us on board for the Wedding Design to make the most out of the hall.

Of course, this means working with additional rental materials – some of which we have in-house.

The two put great emphasis on the fact that the wedding design fit not only in the venue, but also to them. Very natural, relaxed and informal. As much as possible should be worked with green plants and with a lot of attention to detail. The nice thing was that we all came to a common denominator after the first meeting. It was immediately clear to us what the two wanted, what suits them and the venue.

In wedding design, it is important to visualize for the bride and groom what their wedding will ultimately look like. So that they can imagine it and you exchange the same ideas with each other. It is a trust in your counterpart, we were understood correctly, the bride and groom imagined it exactly the same. The most beautiful thing for us at the end of the day is to see the bride and groom happy, beaming and when they tell us: “it turned out exactly as we wished! No, even better!” There is nothing better for us than to see our couples happy.

“We can really describe the collaboration as TOGETHER, because it was always an exchange, they took our wishes and suggestions and implemented them immediately. We also had the feeling that it was a great interpersonal fit and I must confess that I was not nervous for a second that anything could go wrong (except the weather), because I could just have absolutely 100% confidence in them and so was Nicola.

On the wedding day itself, we took over the coordination and set up the decorations. When everything was in place, there was a final check and the venue was handed over to the bride and groom. Such services on our part are always very possible when the bride and groom are as wonderfully organized as Nathalie & Nicola and have great support in their family and friends.

Then it is perfectly sufficient to book us for the entire design part and then take over the wedding organization itself.

We wish this wonderful appreciative family all the best. Your ideas and wishes gave us so much joy and seeing your smile at the end even more.

With love your Liebesding team.
