Cooperation between the bride and groom and the Wedding Planner

What happens when a bride and groom, who are already highly organized, work together with a wedding planner and think about the well-being of their guests when planning their own wedding? We show you how the cooperation between the bride and groom and the wedding planner can work perfectly!

Sometimes bridal couples already have clear ideas about how their wedding should be when they sit down with a wedding planner for the first time: The venue should be extraordinary, the music a highlight, the decoration has to deliver a wow effect or the cake has to be fancy… For Katharina and Alan too, a focus already crystallized during the initial meeting (although the bride-to-be had only been wearing her ring on her finger for a few days 😉). Above all, they wanted to be good hosts.

Details of the wedding always planned also from the optics of the guest. When a guest feels comfortable at a wedding was quite clear to the two: the food must be good, the venue should invite to a noble celebration, the loved ones should feel welcome with small stylish attentions and their every wish should be read from their lips.

It was also particularly important to Katharina and Alan that a well thought-out wedding design from A-Z runs through their wedding. Thus, the wedding offered one wow effect after another, from the stationery to the floral decorations and small detail accents.

As clear as the ideas on some points were already, however, the bride and groom were always open to our ideas and advice. They used their own skills to organize and plan certain points themselves. In other areas, however, they confidently handed over the lead to us. This is exactly how the cooperation between the bride and groom and the wedding planner can work super. Our ideas were gratefully accepted, but also critically questioned. Thus, the bridal couple shone not only with conscientious preparation, but also on the day itself as loving hosts. The love that the two feel for each other was palpable throughout the day and ultimately made the wedding celebration perfect!

The wedding of Katharina and Alan is a wonderful example of the fact that there is no need for a clear yes or no when it comes to the question “Wedding Planner or not? Wedding planning and organization with a Wedding Planner does not exclude the involvement of the bride and groom, but goes hand in hand. The bride and groom take care of those organizational points that they feel confident about and want to take care of themselves. The rest is done by the professional.
