Who wouldn’t like to celebrate a wonderful party in summer directly at the lake with everything their heart desires together with their loved ones? Under the motto Bohemian Soirée, we organized a party completely in a relaxed, casual and stylish ambience.
The biggest risk, which must be evaluated with such a motto, is the possible bad weather and its consequences for the celebration. A good bad weather option must be planned. Because a boho party with carpets and fairy lights in a narrow bad weather venue wouldn’t be nice for sure.
We were lucky that this party was with great weather conditions. This made the big tent shine even more and created a cozy atmosphere in the evening.
This party offered the guests simply everything. Great furniture, a beautiful tent and decorated ambience. But what made the atmosphere special, were the highlights during the evening. Sam perfectly performed with his great voice and a touch of country groove as a live musician and the bartender conjured the right drink for every guest during the whole evening.
And not only that: A live barbecue cooking with selected meat and vegetarian alternatives provided the perfect culinary setting. Finally, after one of the last hot summer days, the guests were surprised by a Rolled Ice Cream performance. Not only the Ice Cream was fantastic, but also the production and the show were fabulous. With a lot of passion, the Ice Cream Chief made every individual Ice Cream a special culinary experience for the guests.
Not only the planning and the organization of the service providers are part of such a day. A lot also happens behind the scenes: The concept is created and aligned to the needs of the customers, a decoration moodboard is worked out and the suitable furniture and decorations are ordered, the service providers are coordinated on site and with a lot of love and patience the fairy lights and lanterns are fixed and tables are decorated with flowers and candles.
