In mid-September we were allowed to be present at the beautiful wedding of Lara & Raphael. This wedding also showed why we love our job! There’s nothing better for us than to plan the best day of our bridal couples’ lives and to be able to experience it. But have you ever wondered how to use the decorations and flowers in the best possible way and how they can be used several times? No…? – Then we try to show you this now on the basis of the wedding of Lara & Raphael, how you can use the wedding decorations several times.
The free wedding ceremony, the aperitif, the dinner and the party all took place at one venue. To carry out the individual highlights of the day at only one venue saves a lot of time, organizational effort and costs. In addition, it often brings more peace into the day for the guests.
The bride and groom drove to the venue in a vintage car for their personal photos. The guests were all welcomed with a welcome drink. The wedding ceremony took place inside the venue due to the uncertain weather. The ceremony was accompanied by two singers who perfectly rounded off the atmosphere. The live music at the wedding ceremony is always something magical for us and is definitely recommended for any wedding.
After the wedding ceremony, a delicious aperitif could be enjoyed outside, as the weather fortunately got better and thus everyone could still enjoy a nice afternoon in the fresh air. During the aperitif, the bride and groom were surprised by their groomsmen with a singer. The musical surprise of a very talented singer, gave the aperitif an additional cozy atmosphere.
During the aperitif, individual dishes were already prepared for the upcoming dinner on the fire ring. This kind of experience gastronomy is also a highlight for the guests and gives the wedding something unique again.
The decoration at the wedding was also implemented and planned by us. Together with our florists, we tried to conjure up a stunning banquet hall from the hall – which otherwise serves as a concert hall. By processing monster leaves on the ceiling, the room became something unique.
The room could be made beautiful by the many individual details of the wedding decorations. The flowers on the tables were previously used at the wedding ceremony and at the aperitif and at the end of the wedding were given to the guests as a small bouquet. Thus, the individual decorative elements could be used several times. The chairs rented for this purpose gave the room something very special. Often this very effect is underestimated, but beautiful chairs make so much for the wedding decorations.
Integrated in this venue was also a photo box, which is permanently installed in a closed “little room”. A photo box loosens up the guests and creates memories for eternity! Even if it has been seen many times, the guests are always happy about a little entertainment.
The catering that evening was again a real highlight, which you don’t see too often at weddings. The previously prepared dishes on the fire ring were offered to the guests on the table during the banquet in the style of a tavolata. This further lightened the mood among the guests.
For snacking, there was a Candy & Salty bar in the banquet area, which was then moved to the party room, where it could be used extensively during the party.
After dinner, the party could be held in the adjoining room. The bar was run by the wedding party itself and a DJ provided a party atmosphere. There was exuberant dancing and that already after a few minutes.
Already during the planning of the wedding, a special rum was important for the bride and groom. They told us the story of the purchase of this Brugal rum in advance and laughed about it. But exactly this was then unfortunately forgotten by the bride and groom at home on the wedding day. Exactly in such situations we are on the spot and help the bridal couple as good as possible to forget the mishap. So one of us drove to the bridal couple’s home during the wedding to pick up the special rum and bring it to the wedding party. The bride and groom were overjoyed and were able to enjoy the rum to the fullest with their guests, ending the evening perfectly. It was really a great wedding with a lot of very dear and appreciative guests and of course an even more cordial bride and groom.
