Warning: Reading this blog will make you hungry and thirsty, but you may not want to get married for a while! Because not only a wedding is an occasion to celebrate! Even if you don’t want to take the step to the civil registration office you have a reason to celebrate life and love. We are thrilled to give you an insight into the concubinage celebration of Jara and Roman.
“Measuring space for trucks, requesting camel races, organizing air fountain” – rarely have we had such specific and exciting tasks on our to do list. Also, not too often do we have a couple with us who explicitly plan a “non-wedding”. But this was exactly Jara and Roman’s wish. The slogan for the celebration quickly emerged: Jaman – we celebrate life! The most important thing for the couple was that all their loved ones could experience a fancy party until the early hours of the morning.
At the beginning of a planning process, it is important to set priorities. This is true not only for wedding planning, but also for a any other celebration like this concubinage celebration. At the beginning, it is determined what the focus should be. In the case of Jara and Roman, this was quickly clear: an extraordinary venue, varied food, cool drinks & excellent music. This is also how our planning process starts – special attention is given to the top priorities. The final result is definitely something to be proud of: at the Viscose in Emmen, guests are already greeted by a fountain filled with beer. There is also a wonderful bar, which not only looks good, but also promises fancy drinks. In addition, different food offers were booked: Whether pizza and burger food truck, rolling ice cream, crêpes stand or healthy salads, there was something for everyone.
In addition to good food and drinks, it was important to Jara and Roman that their guests were also well entertained. As passionate musicians, one, better two bands were important to them and in addition a really good DJ. Musical entertainment was already provided for the arrival of the guests, later Camen gave everything on stage. And in the late evening the Molotow Brass Orkestar really heated up the guests. And not least thanks to DJ Rikky Rock the last guests had to be moved out of the location in the early morning. Ok – maybe the air fountain (no, not filled with O2 but with a liqueur called “Berliner Luft”) also contributed its part. In any case, the “Bäsewage” was already officially scheduled in the timeline!
And yes – the camel race – that was definitely not to be missed and was for sure a highlight of the evening. Even if it was a bit frustrating for some guests – Jara and Roman were almost unbeatable. The two prizes that Jara and Roman had won in a camel race at that time still found a new owner. Those who had already dropped out of the tournament were able to immortalize themselves in the visual or auditory guest book with the photo box or the audio guest book.
Dear Jara, dear Roman, it was a pleasure to plan your concubinage celebration with you. Nothing would have suited you and your celebration better than “we celebrate life”! Your love for each other and also the appreciation for your guests was noticeable from A-Z. Thank you very much for your trust!
