Andrea, Fabienne and Simone founded the community and education platform “engaged – wedding planning” together. With a lot of passion and an entrepreneurial modern thinking they created a place, at which teamwork is something really important. As successful Wedding Planners in Switzerland, they want to share their extensive knowledge with the industry and pass it on to future generations. This is the basis to be taken seriously as an industry and to perceive Wedding Planner as a profession. A solid education as a Wedding Planner is the basis for a successful practice of the profession and a solid further development of the whole industry. 
Under the credo “Community over Competition” the insiders of engaged – wedding planning regularly exchange information on current topics, support each other and offer the existing Wedding Planners further training. This benefits not only the participants, but also the extended industry members and ultimately also the customers. The close cooperation with Switzerland Tourism also helps to establish the market internationally.
The “Institute of Wedding I Event I Design” educates Wedding Planner from the ground up and supports prospective industry members in establishing themselves on the market.
